Tech Lead

A purpose driven role for you

  • Design, ideate, architect and develop backend components for web and mobile applications.

  • Able to design high and low level architecture of Applications which integrate multiple modules.

  • Solution design and Database design and code server-side and frontend side logic

  • Own end to end development life cycle.

  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

  • Follow development processes and best practices guideline.

  • Implement security and data protection policies.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders.

  • Write technical documentation.

  • Able to write unit test cases. 

  • Manage a team of 3 to 4 individuals

This Tech Lead position will drive and implement solution to fulfil business need by designing software architecture, writing high-quality code, cloud based solutions and problem solving skills. This role ensures our systems are stable, scalable and effectively meet business needs and offer best user experience.

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/MCA or equivalent

Technical Skills/Knowledge

5-6  years of experience in related domain 

Tech Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and development experience in DotNet, Entiry framework, PHP, RESTful Web Services, MVC, Microservices;

  • Strong knowledge of Databases like SQL, MySQL, COSMOS

  • Proficient in Highly scalable system architecture and solution design

  • Knowledge of cloud computing such as Azure, AWS, GCP

  • Strong knowledge & experience in AI for Coding

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

  • Familiarity with cloud storage APIs and push notifications

  • Experience within scrum teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies

  • Develop and maintain documentation of the microservices architecture, including design patterns, best practices and coding standards.

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Jira, Postman, Visual Studio

  • Familiarity with Database Performance Optimization & Monitoring
