Role

Role - Team manager PPC and will report to section head PPC.

A purpose driven role for you

Production Planning of Plant as per Central Planning.
Control Material issuance, shop wise production, WIP’s and Plant Inventories of Vehicle parts
Ensure BOM parts /FG stocks reconciliation w.r.t SAP and Variance closure.Ensure maintenance of In plant part transfer/storage conveyors’ hangers and trolleys

A Day in the life

Prepare day wise Plans.
Conduct Reviews of SKU adherence.Ensure Min. Loss from PPC,Daily Production Reviews,
Weekly Parts Perpetual Inventory, PM of Hangers and Trolleys

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical
with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

SAP PP Module and EMF
TPM
Inventory management
Production Planning

Behavioural Skills

Interpersonal Skill,
