Section Head - Maintenance

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Enhancing reliability of equipment for zero breakdown with strong analysis & actions improve machine reliability
2. Insuring optimum R&M and Consumable cost to control expenses with optimum inventory as per the Budget plan
3. Strengthening PM pillar TPM activities and creating Healthy work place
4. Enhancing morale of team to create joyful work place
5. Initiatives to enhance innovation

A Day in the life

You will be responsible for planning and directing the overall maintenance work for the frame plant sections.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech in Mechanical

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Experience in repair & maintenance of equipments
2. Overall maintenance budget & Inventory
3. TPM & IMS
4. Root Cause Analysis
