Line Incharge Weld

A purpose driven role for you

You will be responsible for the following-
1. Product audit to be carried out as per plan to check the Product Quality, i.e. all the parameters shall be within specification limits. [for paint and weld shop]
2. Process audit done as per plan to control the process of the line [ for paint and weld shop]
3. Analysis and Corrective actions
4. Maintaining the documentation level as per IMS requirement.

A Day in the life

On daily basis you'll work on the following-
1.Component Destructive Testing execution as per plan.
2. Ensure execution of Short & Long Term Testing as per plan for painted fuel tank-34 nos
3.Ensure inspection and checking of product as per specifications at weld and paint shop Quality Gate
4.Execution of Process Audit & Poke yoke audit
5. Planning and execution of Special Process Audit Plan (area specific)
6. Adhere Skill Management system for team members and maintain all necessary documents.
7. Adhering the IMS guidelines as per system procedure and department procedure.

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma in mechanical engineering
2. 3-5 years of experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Knowledge about SPC, MSA, GD&T, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, IMS, Analysis Skill & problem Solving Skill
2. Knowledge about welding technology
3. Knowledge about product & process.
4. Knowledge about core quality tools
5. Knowledge of PFMEA
