Role

To ensure timely delivery of defect free painted parts for vehicle production as per daily vehicle production plan with optimum utilization of resources

A purpose driven role for you

1) Shift wise production planning along with man power deployment.
2) Ensure defect free quality product to customer
3) Process Improvement and New development for achieving defect free output
4) Implement TPM practices in Shop and align with top management initiatives to continuously improve efficiency of the section
5) Paint Shop tools & equipment Maint. preventive Maintenance activities
6) To ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly shop floor

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma / Bachelors in Chemical Engineering / Paint Technology

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1) Knowledge of paint process.
2) Knowledge of equipment’s & preventive maintenance of paint Shop.
3) Analytical Approach and its usage for sustained improvement.
4) Ability to read & draw engineering drawings
5) Knowledge of TPM

Behavioural Skills

1) Building Effective Team.
2) Able to think innovatively to improve the existing process.
