HOD - Frame Plant

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. KPI & KAI Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to departmental Key Performance Indicators to meet strategic targets.
2. Lean Integration: Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
3. Culture Building: Cultivate a high-standard "Safety First" and "First Time Right" quality culture to ensure zero accidents and defect-free production.
4. Strategic Cost Reduction: Spearhead initiatives to reduce overall manufacturing costs and enhance the bottom line.
5. ESG Compliance: Improve ESG parameters to meet sustainability and corporate responsibility goals.
6. Financial Aspect: Manage resource allocation through precise Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) to ensure fiscal discipline.
7. Value Engineering: Execute Value Creation (VC) and Value Enhancement (VE) projects to drive significant cost savings.
8. OEE Optimization: Maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by optimizing the Availability, Performance, and Quality of production lines

A Day in the life

You will be responsible for Production, Quality, Cost, TPM and ESG parameters for the frame plant sections. Also responsible for team development.
