Territory Manager- Service

A purpose driven role for you

Ownership of aftersales operation within the state.This includes driving service revenue,ensuring customer satisfaction and handhold the Dealers to improve service efficiency and productivity.Ensure premium customer experience and drive aftersales business.

A Day in the life

Streamline communication between the HO and the dealer network to ensure consistent execution of SOPs across the zone
Take ownership of the dealership's parts retail business, implementing sales initiatives to achieve overall Parts Turnover & Service Retention for the zone
Drive the growth of VAS within the workshop by implementing initiatives and upselling strategies
Serve as the final authority for service and technical escalations within the zone/state, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer grievances
Drive zonal C sat Scores by reducing the volume of repeat complaints and improving the First-Time Resolution rate for customer complaints
Provide end-to-end handholding for dealer staff, acting as a subject matter expert to resolve queries and ensure a seamless Premium Brand delivery at every touchpoint

Academic Qualification & Experience

B Tech (Mechanical)  

Technical Skills/Knowledge

5-7 years of relevant experience in technical issues resolutione in the bike & deep knowledge of workshop operations

Behavioural Skills

Problem solving, negotiation & stakeholder management
