Short Description

Ensure Defect Free supplies of Incoming Engine / Frame Parts ( Fasteners , springs & machined parts ) with adherence to HMCL Quality Standards by Evaluation And Continual improvement in product & processes at Supplier End.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute DWM of Fastener Parts with adherence to processes such as ( Inspection , problem solving , NC control ) to deliver defect free supply to shop floor.
•   Improve supplier part quality by executing actions to deliver defect free parts to internal & external customer
•   Improve supplier and parts quality by enforcing supplier up-gradation plan to deliver defect free supply to shop floor.
•   Support to product, process & System approval in Multi sourcing / IPPT / NEW MODEL
