As the Team Manager - Maintenance work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. Maintenance engineers ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. responding to breakdowns and you will be report to SH -Maintenance.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. (a)To ensure 100% plant equipment and ASRS system availability to operation team at optimum performance level.
(b) System monitoring and necessary troubleshooting from WCS & WMS screens.
(c) Daily UPC analysis and updation, why-why analysis of breakdowns.
2 .R & M Cost reduction
3. (a ) Training need Identification for Technicians
(b) Preparation of skill matrix and make efforts to upgrade the skill level.
4. Establish and adhere Maintenance management system based on TPM methodology and IMS Standard.

A Day in the life

Checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. Maintenance engineers ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. responding to breakdowns.

1. Providing the training to the workers related to IMS standards (ISO 9001,14001,45001,50001) and TPM.
2. Encouraing the team for giving the suggestions related to Saving in Power and Fuel Cost, Repair and Maintenance Cost, Energy Saving Projects etc.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech./ B.E with Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics /Instrumentation engineering background with the 4~6 years experience

ASRS Automation Experience 2~3 years

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
MS Office advance level
Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and processes
Strong knowledge in Maintenance and Utility.

Behavioural Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
Self-motivated, results orientated.
