As the Team Manager - ER you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Section Head - ER.
The purporse of your role as a Team Manager - ER is to involve in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting compliance check, and assisting with compliance-related documentation and reporting. Handling of 20 vendors registered in RC under CLRA, 1970 and rules made thereunder. Compliance adherence for 3000 personnel on scheduled basis (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly quarterly etc.)

A Day in the life

As the Team Manager - ER you will be responsible to direct the end-to-end administration of the contract employee lifecycle and oversee statutory adherence for a workforce of 3,000 personnel. You will strategically manage 20 vendors under the CLRA, 1970, ensuring strict alignment with Registration Certificate (RC) requirements through rigorous daily, weekly, and quarterly compliance audits. In this role, you will lead the preparation of all regulatory documentation and reporting to proactively mitigate legal risks and ensure total operational compliance.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in law
- Additional qualification should be MBA

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- In-depth knowledge of the law & court proceedings
- Drafting disciplinary letters, appearing in labour related matter before competent authority
- Advising management on remedies and compliances, managing case files & stakeholder coordination

Behavioural Skills

- Strong Negotiation skills & Communication skill
