Role
As a TM line incharge - Production Engineering, you will be part of Plant operations team and will report to Section Head -Production engineering.You will be responsible for Infrastructure planning, development and Installation & Commissioning activities with a strong focus on productivity, quality and safety levels. To design a robust process and ensure successful execution of New Product Development activities in Frame Assy, Final Inspection and Indirect areas

To design a robust process and ensure successful execution of New Product Development activities in Frame Assy, Final Inspection and Indirect areas
A Day in the life
A. Infrastructure Planning and execution:
1. CAPEX budget planning, monitoring and execution.
2. Preparation of Technical Specifications for New machines, Fixtures, tooling, Gauges, etc
3. RFQ preparation
4. Commercial documentations as per the defined process.
5. Installation& Commissioning, Trials and Handover of all new facility.
B. Timely Execution of new models to fulfil the business plan requirements.
1. New Model layout and process design.
2.Planning and execution of all infrastructure requirements
3.Drawings study.
4.Ensuring in-plant readiness for Pre-Production trials.
5. Preparation of PFD, PFMEA and SOPs.
6. Closure of issues identified during trial events
1.Preparation of PFD and PFMEA documents
2. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
1. Identification of improvement projects for waste elimination to improve the productivity
levels.
2. Layout preparation and optimization
3. Implementation of Cost reduction initiatives.
4. Implementation of projects to improve the QA Rate and elimination of Warranty phenomena.
5. Implementation of Projects for Safety & Ergonomics improvement.
6. Implementation of Digitalization projects
1. Process parameter freezing during new process establishment.
2. Validation and re-validation of process parameters.
Academic Qualification & Experience
B. Tech / B.E with 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing (Engineering Department)
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Project Management, NPD, PLM, SAP, Facility
development and commissioning, AutoCAD, CAPEX, PFMEA
Behavioural Skills
Good communication skills, Presentation skills, Problem solving, Analytical skills, Handling multiple stakeholders
