Role

As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Plant Engineering team-Civil and you will be report to Head-Plant Engineering. Your role will be-
Civil Engineering activity and running plant based activity

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. To execute repair & Maintenance work / Civil Job Voucher
1.1. Capture JVs raised by users from JV system.
1.2. Visit Genba along with Vendor & user to understand the work requirement
1.3 Check feasibility of work.
1.4. Review the JVs if all information’s/ Drawing/MOC/File Note, duly approved from all concerns (For non-routine & New Head jobs) are attached.
1.5 Prepare Cost Estimation based on prevailing reff. Rates for routine works.
1.6 Prepare Cost Estimation based on Quotations from diff Vendors & Analysis of works for Non-routine/ one time activities (Techno commercial sheet)
1.7 Estimation / cost approval from HOD
1.8 Upload the cost approval in JV system & take digitally approval from Dept. Head
1.9 Take site clearance & work area emptiness by area user.
1.10 Give the work permit to vendor & confirm by area user for work.
1.11. Execution, Monitoring & Completion of the work.
1.12 Send the voucher to area user for completion & conformation.

2. To execute Capex as per plan (Major Task)
2.1 Concept/ Scheme Finalisation & Signoff by CFT

2.2 BOQ preparation & finalization.

2.3 Preparation of Technical commercial scope sheet & take further approval to proceed PO.

2.4 Asset Code creation in system.

2.5 Service No creation in SAP

2.4 Supplier Evaluation.

2.4 Supplier finalization & PO Released for Execution work.

2.5 Planning, Execution & Monitoring of work.

2.6 Trial, Handing over & confirmation to user.

3. Billing procedure
3.1. Preparation & compilation of every vendor sheet

3.2. Checking of invoices, no, Cost centre, GL codes.

3.3 Final Sheet preparation & send to finance.

3.4 Bill receipt from vendors,

3.5 Check the actual measurements as per site, along with Contractor Engineer/ site in charge.

3.6 Invoice/ measurement verification by SH-Civil

3.7 Get the bills approval from PE Head, HR & Plant Head

3.8 Upload the signoff bills in JV system & send to finance. (JVs Bills)

3.9 Create Service entry sheet (SES) in SAP for service work order bills

3.10 Create service receipt note (SRN) in Fiori Production for SES.

3.11 Hard copy of bills Submit to finance for payment.
4. Safety implementation & monitoring
4.1 Prepare Gate pass of every workers & supervisor before start the work.

4.2 Conduct safety training of every worker before start the execution work.

4.3 Conduct Tool box talk with every worker & supervisor at fabrication yard.

4.1 Issuance of safety work permits as per site safety condition.

4.4 Discussion with area user for area clearance & other safety precaution.
5.1 Attend TPM activities as per schedule

5.2 IMS related data preparation & attend audits.

5.3 TPM related supporting work completion
6.1 Drawing/Scheme finalization & BOQ preparation,

6.2 Technical Commercial Sheet preparation & taking approvals from Management.

6.3 Supplier finalization & PO Released for Execution work.

6.4 Planning, Execution & Monitoring of work.

6.5 Trial, Handing over & confirmation to user.

7. OPCOM
7.1 MIS preparation

7.2 Activities planning on daily basis.

7.3 Detail progress report preparation.

7.4 Detail budget report preparation.

7.5 Single pager/Major task sheet preparation.
