Role

As a HOD – Parts Planning, Analytics & Plant Engineering you will be a Parts Planning, Analytics & Plant Engineering department and you will be report to Head GPC. Your role will be-
To lead and direct the Parts Planning, Business Analytics, and Plant Engineering functions, driving strategic initiatives to optimize supply planning efficiency, enhance profitability, and ensure operational excellence. This role is accountable for optimizing demand management to ensure parts availability; leveraging data analytics to drive actionable business insights; and leading plant engineering to enhance capacity, productivity, and infrastructure.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Supply planning Optimization & Demand Management by overseeing the end-to-end forecasting and inventory process to ensure high service levels while maintaining optimal inventory health.
2. Business Analytics & Process Excellence by championing a data-driven culture to provide actionable insights and driving the elimination of manual interventions through technology.
3. Plant & Production Engineering Leadership by driving the continuous improvement of plant processes, capacity, and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence
4. Achieve Operational Excellence by Implementing & practicing TPM/ Innovation methodologies in GPC

This role is accountable for optimizing demand management to ensure parts availability; leveraging data analytics to drive actionable business insights; and leading plant engineering to enhance capacity, productivity, and infrastructure.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech./ B.E with MBA/Post Graduate
Total -15+ year in Plant Operations

With Minimum Experience in Parts Business/Supply chain: 10+ Years
 

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Strategic Agility,
Demand Forecasting
Inventory Management
Expertise in Industrial Engineering, Productivity Improvement
Project Management\
Proficient in SAP, WMS and other ERP systems
