Strategize and establish best in class HR processes along with providing engagement and legal framework for plant, operations & central functions to create performance driven culture & optimally utilize workforce to achieve organisational goals and objective.
- Establish and ensure meeting of annual plant HR business & budget plan aligned to organisation leadership objectives to enable achieving plant business objectives.
- To monitor implementation of talent development framework for staff at plant in line with & alignment of overall Hero TD strategy
- To create road map for training and development for blue collar and contractual employees at plant to improve their capability and performance.
- Determine employee relations strategic risks, ensure mitigation plan for smooth functioning of plan in order to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Monitoring Talent Management process at plant, operations and central functions to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures in line with functional goals and objective in alignment with the overall TM framework of Hero
- Conceptualising and reviewing the employee engagement framework in plant, operations & central functions to improve productivity.
- Ensuring safe HR operations , administration, security & medical services etc at plant, operations and Central Functions
