Role

 Responsible for overall process architecture, governance and metrics covering all aspects of
Record to Report including General ledger, Fixed Assets, inter-company accounts, MIS &
reporting and adequate monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
 Ensuring due adherence to compliance requirements as per applicable regulatory framework
along with compliance with internal framework for Delegation of Authority.

   Internal Checks & Controls: -
    Stay abreast of process trends and leading practices to
   formulate strategic direction and drive continuous
   process improvements
    Drive realization of global process standardization while
   coordinating across functions, departments and locations
    Maintain a strong focus on execution and deliver short
   term results and successes while moving towards the long
   term vision
    Ensuring operational efficiency, financial integrity,
   adherence to compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Reviewing trial balance, periodic ledger reconciliations,
   maintaining sanity and hygiene of financial books
   Compliance Management: -
    Establishing framework to ensure zero tolerance to
   deviations from legal & regulatory compliances
    Adhering to notified timelines for deposit of taxes, return
   filings and assessment notices for income tax, GST, MSME
   and other applicable laws & regulations
    Structuring effective communication channel to ensure
   periodic reporting to compliance management to the
   relevant stakeholders
    Complying with the organizational policies & procedures
   including delegation of authority, standard operating
   procedures
   Identifying the improvement areas which require special
   focus for improvement and to lay down the Standard
   operating procedures for such areas

   EBITDA improvement along with cost optimization
    Projects handling relating to profit margin improvements
   while exploring the scope of cost reduction, expense
   curtailment, contractual negotiations and channelizing
   revenue streams
    Continuous monitoring of the EBITDA augmentation
   projects and tracking the improvement in financial
   performance
    Developing competitive benchmarking tool to analyse,
   evaluate and improvise the operational & financial
   performance standards in conjunction with the peer
   group
    Establishing realistic KPIs to drive process excellence
   year-on-year and focus on the delivery of value-added
   activities
    Collaborating with cross functional teams for various
   improvement projects

   Innovation, Automation & Digitization
    Benchmarking organizational processes with the global
   standards and striving for the improvisation of the same
    Identifying and implementing creative solutions for
   repetitive & manual activities to ensure accuracy &
   timeliness
    Deploying the digitization model for Zero touch
   accounting incorporating various available tools and tech
   solutions
    Continuously monitoring the activities on miniscule level,
   identifying the scope of improvisation & standardization
   and stringently following the project schedules for its
   implementation

Academic Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant
Relevant experience: 8- 15 years in the manufacturing Industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

 In-depth knowledge of accounting policies &
procedures, Companies Act Direct & Indirect
Taxation, relevant laws, financial modelling &
sensitivity analysis.
 SAP, MS Office
