As the Executive - Time Office you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Plant ER Head.
The purpose of your role is to execute Timely & Error free Payroll process and other HR functions like Recruitment of FTEs & Apprentices, completing joining formalities, Organizing need based training programmes & smooth running of Time Office activities.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Processing error free payroll of All employees (Fixed Term Employees,
Contractor Workers)
2. Upkeep of data related to all HR functions such as Absenteeism
letter, Help desk, Disciplinary issues, MIS, F&F, Master data & grievance related issues.
3. Bills, GPA & CL recruitment against planned exit & unplanned left nos.
4. Suggestion Coupons, Evaluation, MPCP, support to Finance by
Variance type MIS

A Day in the life

As the Executive - Time Office you will be ensuring timely and error-free payroll processing as a daily priority, directly contributing to accurate compensation. Simultaneously, the day involves managing recruitment and onboarding for FTEs and apprentices, and coordinating need-based training programs, all to support organizational growth and employee development. Integral to the role is the smooth running of Time Office activities, addressing queries and ensuring accurate timekeeping, which collectively ensures efficient and compliant HR operations.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Post Graduate in MSW
2-4 years of expeirnce in manufacturing unit.

Technical Skills/Knowledge
