Role

As a TM- you will be part of the GPC- opreations and will report to Head of Process Excellence
The purpose of your role will be Conceptualizing and planning new processes, revisiting existing processes to increase the productivity in warehouse operations, Outsourcing and Automations and Take care of Legal Metrology (packaged Commodity) Rules.

A purpose driven role for you

Planning, Organising, Coordination, Designing and Implementation of new business Processes
Outsourcing the activities to release the capacity
Coordination with Sales and After sales team for new category / range of product launch
New Kit Launches and MOQ Revisions
Process planning & Implementation
Defining new processes, revisiting existing processes for smooth operations at warehouse, Ordering patterns
Legal Metrology – Co-ordination
Co-ordination with Legal department for new developments before implementation to be legally compliant

A Day in the life

Conceptualizing and planning new processes, revisiting existing processes to increase the productivity in warehouse operations, Outsourcing and Automations and Take care of Legal Metrology (packaged Commodity) Rules.
1. Providing the training to the workers related to IMS standards (IS0 9001,14001,45001,50001) and TPM.
2. Encouraing the team for giving the suggestions related to Saving in Energy consumption, process improvements in their respective areas etc.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech./ B.E with 4-6 years in warehousing.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Software: Simulation software
ERP: SAP MM, and WMS
Innovation management
People Management skills
