Role

As ER Executive, you will be part of the Human Resource function and will report to the ER-Head at Dharuhera Plant.

The purpose of your role will be taking responsibility for preparing & implementing various human resource plans for staffing, establishment, policies, compliances, discipline & talent development for workmen, OD initiatives, welfare & engagement of plant personnel and ensuring to provide skilled workforce with required work culture along with adherence to the system.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. ER Analytics: Understanding the Current data trends and emerging scenarios with relates to Hero MotoCorp and feeding back to Head of Employees relation and Plant HR for mitigating risk if any.

2. Trade Union Relations and forging collaborative partnerships for a favourable organisational outcome.

3. Long term settlement recurring every three years & its deployment.

4. Risk management & Governance

5.Capability building of Blue Collar workforce : Identification of Skill Gap, Coordination with Head-ER & Gurukul & Content development and deployment

6. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Management / IR/ HR

- 02-05 years in Manufacturing environment.

- Exposure of working in an analytical environment and hands on experience of different analytical tools

- Proven experience of delivering result in adverse situations

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Thorough understanding of Labour Laws & Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & SAP/ SF.

- Strong Networking Skill

- Data Analytics, Presentation and Articulation Skill.
