Technical Support - Vehicle Validation

A purpose driven role for you

- Conduct testing of electric vehicles (EVs) for performance, drivability and benchmarking
- Ensure all tests are performed according to standards and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Identify vehicle-related problems which affecting performance and durability during durability tests
- Basic knowledge of - DAQ (Data Acquisition) systems and Sensors
- Knowledge of CANoe Tool or any other software

A Day in the life

-Vehicle Preparation / Knowledge
-To Maintained SOP requirement
-Support in Test execution
To help team member and project lead
-Test conduct for performance and durability test
Able to do test on road as per SOPs
-5s compilation
To increase efficiency of work and safe environment
-Training and Development
To increase productivity, quality and efficiency
-Performance and Durability test
To conduct test as per requirements
-Report generation and analyses skill
Analysing of test result
-Testing Equipment & EV tools knowledge
To increase productivity, quality and efficiency with learning of machine
 

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma ( Mechanical Engineering)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Vehicle (two wheelers) scooter as well as motorcycle riding.
Common understanding about vehicle functionality.
Good knowledge about electrical and electrical equipment which are generally using two wheeler industry.
Understanding of test procedure and IS standard.

Behavioural Skills

Adaptability, Self-motivation, Openness to new approach & high flexibility.
