Technical Support - Proto Quality

A purpose driven role for you

The Technical Support is responsible for:
• Ready to work on CMM Mitutoyo -in three shift basis.
• 2D inspection of components and report generation w.r.t DWG and highlighting discrepancies
• Sound knowledge of GD&T parameters and Machine standards
• Sound knowledge on CMM mitutoyo –MCOSMOS –CATP1000PS for 2D /3D programming
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment and masters
• Good knowledge of AUTO component Inspection
• Handling of precise Measuring instrument like Bore gauges & micrometer
• Software knowledge of AUTO CAD & CATIA
• Good knowledge in 2D drawing reading, GD &T
• Knowledge in Kaizen preparation & 5s
