Technical Support - Fabrication

A purpose driven role for you

To work as a technical support for manufacturing of parts .Should understand design requirements and ensure the parts are manufactured as per standard/design requirements. Should also supports in giving feedback of part design on manufacturing feasibility at initial design stage.
• Fuel tank, Frame and swing arm welding
• Hands on MIG,TIG,Robo welding, Spot welding, seam welding
• Manufacturing of sheet metal parts and tubular parts and its process setting
• Soft tool, inspection & Assembly fixture design knowledge and its correction
• Documentation of daily work and machine utilisation
• Feedback on manufacturability
• Ability to handle sheet metal machine such as Hydraulic press, Press brake and Shearing Machines in Safe manner
• Knowledge welding process and Sheet metal laser cutting.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma in Mechanical

Technical Skills/Knowledge
