Skill Team Lead – EV Vehicle Architecture and Integration

A purpose driven role for you

As Skill Team Lead Vehicle Architecture and Vehicle Integration – To ensure timely development of projects (related to skill areas) on layout, from concept till proto release, in co-ordination with the CoC Leads – Leading Cross functional teams to develop world class products, fit, finish and perceptual quality. Focus on EV development, platforming and new technologies.

A Day in the life

1) Provides and owns the core technical solutions (incl. trade-offs, decisions and interfaces to other CoCs) meeting the CTQ targets for his assemblies, consisting of components and development of project timeline schedule based his skill area projects
2) Develops micro schedule for deliverables on assembly and component level for providing the timely layout solution for all the projects
3) Gives full technical guidance and ensures know how build up in his team for identifying problem and providing solutions in vehicle layout.
4) Plans and coordinates resources to produce the deliverables in documenting the learning from projects whether in house /design houses.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E/B.Tech – Mech or Automobile Engg.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1) Candidate should have rich Layout experience
