Role

You will be part of Project Engineering team and will report to Head -Project Engineering .Your role will be to perform EPL related activities between R&D teams, Project team and respective Plant teams as an central EPL from CIT Jaipur to maintain following –
• Manufacturability related issues to be minimized at component Design Stage.
• Investments for development of EPL related parts
• Schedules of New model events
• Waste Reduction in manufacturing process

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1.Ensure the Manufacturing Feasibility of New Products
2.Proposing the Platform Strategy & Standardization of the Components during design Stage of New Models
3.Study the Assay / Mfg. process during M1/M2 Event
4.Waste Reduction during Manufacturing
5.People Development

Academic Qualification & Experience

Engineering Diploma / B tech (Mech)
20- 25 years of experience in Automobile manufacturing
Exposure from Design stage of components to Assembly and testing stages

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Project Management Skills
• Fundamental knowledge about Automobile Parts Mfg. and Assemble
• New model development System
• Problem Solving Skills
• Strong know how about Review and managing multi models development
