To validate the vehicle / component for the specified performance and life to ensure consolidated design & development meeting end customer requirements, moreover identify failures & their root cause analysis during development stage.

A Day in the life

Vehicle component understanding ,e.g. Frame body, Swing arm, Handle bar, Fuel tank , fairing components & seat
Structural testing understanding
Test track testing
Fatigue / durability understanding
Experimental stress Analysis
Instrumentation and data acquisition
Laboratory structural simulation (in Fatigue & vibration)
Vehicle dynamics understanding
