Civil & Infra Engineer

A purpose driven role for you

Maintaining /upgrading the existing Civil infrastructure with superior grade /high end finishes throughout the campus in all activities.

 Required to manage day to day Maintenance, Improvement and Project activities with proper utilization of available resources at hand and with vendors as well. Responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a
cooperative, motivated and successful team

A Day in the life

Ensure clear communication between with customers & related vendors,
Manage contract/tender process
Defining scope of work with applied term & condition.
MIS : Preparing progress % calculation system, progress measures, tracking & maintain scope changes, change
management approvals etc.
Liaising with external agencies, architects & consultants, internal stake holders for determining technical specifications,
approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances Bill verification & certification
Assist in Tendering process, tender evaluations, pre-bid & post bid meetings, issuing of LOI etc. Hands on experience in
implementing Method Engineering and Quantity Surveying techniques with a flair for adopting modern construction
methodologies in compliance to Quality Standards
Ensure quality of the finished products as per the IS standards and the maintenance of the civil and allied works in future during the plant operation,
Understanding the drawings, preparation of BOQ, BBS and Bill checking according to execution

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E / B.Tech

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Civil works execution skill, handling of civil vendors
Manage contract/tender process to ensure provision
and maintenance of a safe working environment
within. Planning & Development : Manage the efficient
and effective delivery of capital projects
