Battery validation & DVP

A purpose driven role for you

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Validation & DVP. He will develop and implement validation plans, execute test protocols, and analyze test data to ensure compliance with regulation requirements and industry standards.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E Electrical Engg./B.E Mechanical Engg.
 

Technical Skills/Knowledge

The ideal candidate should come with good experience in:
a) Battery cess/productionValidation plan
b) Battery performance & abuse testing
c) Working knowledge on BMS
Experience and preparing the DVP plan for battery and battery components.
Good understanding of Indian and global test standards such as but not limited to , AIS156, UN38.3, R136 etc.
Knowledge of electric vehicle system architectures.
Experience in using various cells and chemistries; 21700,
46xx, pouch and prismatic.
Knowledge of safety protocols for Li-Ion batteries.
Knowledge of BMS testing & CAN communication.
Experience in preparing DFMEA.
Knowledge of LV and HV battery system handling.
Knowledge of battery tear down analysis.
Knowledge of using BMS SW GUI, CAN, CANoe vector tools.
Collaborate with battery system engineer and battery design engineer to define the applicable test.
Work with test labs to coordinate and execute the validation activities.
Collect and analyze test data to evaluate the battery performance.
Work closely with BMS and the system engineering team to troubleshoot the issue during validation.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and field failure.
