Battery Management System

A purpose driven role for you

We are looking for a skilled electro/mechanical engineer with the experience in battery process and production. Battery Process Engineer will be responsible to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes for lithium-ion battery production. He will be also responsible for process design, development, continuous improvement, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E Electrical Engg./B.E Mechanical Engg.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

The ideal candidate should come with good experience in:
a) Battery process engineering
b) Li-Ion battery manufacturing
c) Welding experience
d) Adhesive dispensing
e) Manufacturing equipment handling
Knowledge of battery process development
Expertise in establishing the welding process in battery manufacturing.
Ability to define the DOE’s and collaborate with the production team to conduct the trials.
Wide experience and knowledge in battery pack production equipment and process.
Expertise in handling electrical components.
Expertise in safely handling Li-Ion cells.
Knowledge of battery chemical/adhesive handling and dispensing.
Wide experience in SOP and WI preparation.
Expertise in trial report preparation.
Failure analysis and problem solving capabilities.
Knowledge of battery tear down analysis.
Good experience in battery process/production engineering.
Knowledge of quality check points in battery assembly.
Experience in battery manufacturing with cylindrical, pouch or prismatic cells.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and CTQ parameters.
Knowledge of safety protocols for Li-Ion batteries
Knowledge of LV and HV battery system handling.
Processing, tracking and recording the trial data.

Behavioural Skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete the high
quality task with minimum amount of supervision.
Adaptability, self-motivation.
