Short Description

A Territory Service Manager is responsible for managing the service function in the assigned territory. The individual supervises service function at the dealership network of the assigned territory and helps in increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all business aspects in place ( i.e. Manpower hiring, Manpower Training).
  • Maintain good relations with Dealers.
  • Communicate and determine customers’ needs
  • Sell the dealership service capabilities based on features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Share and implement best practices in order to achieve a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure dealer performance profit guidelines.
  • Drive faster closure on corrective advice for field vehicles.
  • Conduct regular surveys of competitors in the local market to feed optimization in service process (quality and profitability)
  • Prepare and submit accurate zone-wise KPI report by the end of every month
  • Spot negative movements in budget assumption and alert management

Education

Relevant Experience

Bachelor’s degree in automobile
