Role

As a Team Manager – you will be a part of Maintenance department and will report to Section Head-Utility .Your role will be:
Ensuring uninterrupted Utility Supplies to plant manufacturing facilities during shifts, those supplies shall be most cost effective & efficient.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to
• Execution of day -to day Operations in Utilities
• Diagnosis problem related to Compressors, Diesel Generators, Water treatment Plants, Electrical Sub stations, Hot water generators, Heat Pumps, Solar Plants, Chillers, AHU’s, MHE’s .
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• Execution of Energy & Water Balance in line with company requirements.
• Implementing CBM techniques in Utilities, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system fault, leading to equipment failure

A Day in the life

To Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Utilities) by using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech in Electrical with 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Electrical with 10-14 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Knowledge of Air network, Compressors, receivers, dryers operation, air leaks control, Scada system control and measuring instruments maintenance, WTP, ETP, STP, Incinerator, Fire Hydrant, Propane Yard, NG yard maintenance, Canteen equipment, FDV operation & maintenance, Gearboxes, Blowers, Pumps Maintenance, DG Maintenance, Switch yard, Electric substations, electricity rules, legal req, Soft starters, relays functions, PLC, VFD, Energy conservation techniques, DG synchronisation and load sharing, Alternators, HT motors, Transformers, Earthing systems
