Role

As a TM - Line incharge -Engine Plant you will be a part of Plant Operation.Your will be responsible to ensure production of Steel Phase components through optimum utilization of resources in order to achieve efficient production targets in line with defined PQCDMS parameters & timeline standards.

A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• To achieve the PPC production plan for smooth running of Engine Assembly
• Conduct daily review in terms of line OLE and daily losses
• Ensure zero outflow of defects to the Engine Assembly
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources in terms of Consumable Cost, Rejection Cost & Tool Cost
• Skill development of team & creating a healthy and conducive work environment
• To achieve IMS and EnMS objectives through adherence of systems and procedures for resource conservation in Section

A Day in the life

• Review of daily PPC plan
• Shift wise production planning & Manpower deployment
• OLE calculation, Analysis the gaps in terms of losses
• Countermeasures and action plan for controlling the outflow of defects to the engine assembly
• Countermeasures and preparing action plan for over consumption of resources or generation of defects.
• Skill improvement training of team members
• Conducting periodic audits as per the safety checksheet

Academic Qualification & Experience

B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 Years of relevant work experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

M/C operations, tooling knowledge, CNC programming
FRD’s M/c, Robotic Cell
Machine Planning Sheet
Other:-- Drawing reading, manufacturing knowledge, Industrial Safety Norms Knowledge, Advance Excel, Power Point, Word
