Role

As the Manager - ER you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Section Head - ER.
The purpose of your role as Manager - ER is to ensure the contingent Onboarding, HR Legal Compliances, Disciplinary Management, Labour related litigation, Conciliation, Union matter. To manage grievance and build rapport with employees and Intelligence networking for business continuity.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Contingent Life cycle Management (On boarding & Separation of Manpower)
2. Court Litigation, IR & Union Management
3. Execution of HR Legal Compliances- Timely Remittance of Contribution, Submission of Forms & Returns
4. Shop Floor Discipline, Grievance Mechanism, Disciplinary Action & Execution of Welfare benefits
5. Liasoning with Govt. Agencies, Stakeholder Management
6. Operating of HR System – SAP, CWMS & LMS

A Day in the life

As the Manager - ER you will manage and mitigate all HR legal risk by directing compliance, disciplinary actions, and labor-related litigation (conciliations and hearings). you will also be responsible for proactive grievance management and fostering strategic employee/union relations essential for intelligence networking and operational stability.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Post Graduate diploma/Degree in HR, IR & Social Sciences
- 8-12 years and above from unionized plant

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Analytical skills & good knowledge of labour laws
- Hands on EPR System

Behavioural Skills

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
