Role

As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Project Engineering team. Your role will be 

• Execution of Civil Infrastructure projects under CSR initiative.
• Execution of Brown field/ Greenfield projects.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Execution of small/medium/large size Civil-Infra include MEP/ Water Conservation / Plantation & others projects in multiple locations throughout India under the CSR initiative or otherwise.
• Develop / assist to develop the concept of the project based on input received from the CSR team and all stakeholders.
• Based on the developed concept, able to perceive & plan the step to follows for execution until completion and handing over of the project, in accordance of SOP.
• Budget estimations & tendering for construction projects.

• Manage on-site project activities in accordance of engineering design, ensure safety protocol & timely work completion within approved budget and closing of the project.
• Coordination/conducting meeting between site project team, PMC, designers/ consultant/ all stakeholders etc.
• Invoicing, Documentation & SAP/ Fiori activities.
• Prepare MIS and PPT of key highlights of the project, present to the management.
• Frequent traveling to multiple location for monitoring of projects.
• Onsite deputation for ongoing project works.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• BE. B-Tech (Civil Engineering) with 5-10 years of experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Auto CAD  
• Microsoft Office
• SAP
• Onsite work execution.
• Project management

Behavioural Skills

• Coordination with different stakeholders for the execution of projects.

• Good communication and Presentation skills.

• Working under deadlines to meet targets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
