Sustainability Project manager- Central Coordinator

A purpose driven role for you

Collaborate in the formulation of function wise sustainability targets and regular interactions with all
functions across ecosystem to consolidate on these targets.

A Day in the life

 Diligent communication & coordination across various functions for executing sustainability projects,
towards achieving sustainable targets of the organization.
 Support and ensure the implementation of all facilities sustainability initiative to achieve the set KPIs.
 Monthly monitoring of the targets.
 Regular update on completion & identify and explore new initiatives, conduct feasibility study.
 Support in coordination across organization for ESG Data collection and Compilation to support
Sustainability report & Engage with consultants for report assurance.
 Support in Participation in Global & National Sustainability Program/Indices.
 Support in implementation of Scope 3 reduction strategies with external stakeholders.
 Reinforce and strengthen the sustainability culture at every opportunity in operations and projects

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/B.Tech + Master’s in Sustainability

3-4 years of professional experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Has deep passion for sustainability
● Experience in sustainability
● A versatile self-starter that can quickly learn and work independently
● Strong English verbal and written communication skills
● Proven research and analytical skills and problem solving ability

Behavioural Skills

● Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
● Superior time management skills and highly organized
● Careful attention to detail
● Ability to successfully manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
● Ability to work well in a virtual team environment
