Section Head- Accessories

A purpose driven role for you

An Interface between HMCL / HD / EM - BU’s, CIT and respective agencies for smooth industrialization of Accessories for Mass Production and New Models by preparing implementation strategy / tracking the New Model Accessories as per Model Line as per plan for Domestic and GB.

Establish defined process & standards for HMCL Accessories Quality Assurance, at Procurement covering Supplier Evaluations, Quality Establishments and Commercials, Distribution Strategies for Accessories for Local / Overseas Suppliers.

Design, Development and Implementation of Special Requirements enhancing organizational growth – Quick Launches - Institutional Sales / Colabs / Canvas / Stock Liquidation.

A Day in the life

Ensure smooth industrialization of Accessories with target of Zero Issues Pre & Post Sales, with cost optimisation for respective products covering the Development and Commercials.

Support HMCL’s business/revenue growth through, Institutional Sales, Accessories , Stripe development, Stock Liquidations.

Strengthen systems/processes at DEVELOPMENT QUALITY for Accessories

Enhancing the competency level of team members especially for the new technologies/products.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Management certification/degree

Graduation in Engineering

Minimum 15 years in automotive industry, preferably in new product development.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

New Product / Process development knowledge

Understanding the process development / Quality of accessories

Program Management

Product knowledge / Market knowledge.

Behavioural Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, Conflict Resolution

Effective communication skills, Assertiveness

Critical thinking & intellectual capabilities to analyse problems
