Program Manager- Digital

A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Strategic CSR Sourcing: Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing and delivery of specialized CSR project requirements while maintaining ethical and sustainability standards.
2. Digital Transformation: Lead the rollout of digital procurement platforms like SAP Ariba and Icertis, driving efficiency through AI-powered automation.
3. Value Optimization: Identify and execute cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives without compromising quality or project timelines.

A Day in the life

You will be working on day-to-day basis on following:
1. S2P Management: Managing the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including vendor evaluation for CSR and evaluation of proposals based on pricing and support.
2. PR-PO Conversion: Reviewing purchase requisitions daily to ensure 100% TAT assurance and compliance adherence.
3. Digital Innovation: Identifying and piloting new AI-driven automation ideas to solve procurement bottlenecks and reporting on digital transition workflows.
4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiating licensing agreements and contract terms with vendors in coordination with the Legal team.
5 .Market Intelligence: Conducting research to identify and vet high-alignment partners for specialized CSR needs.
6. Supplier Performance: Monitoring supplier performance and settling annual rate contracts (ARC) for spot buying with global suppliers.
7. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with CSR and Finance teams for procurement clarifications, invoicing, and payment support.

Academic Qualification & Experience

1.Education: B.Tech in IT/CS/Mechanical/Electronics or PGDIM in Supply Chain/Operations.
2.Experience: 5-8 years in Procurement and Digital project management (for B.Tech holders).

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1.Digital Platforms: Proficiency in ERP, CLM tools, and SAP MM Module transactions.
2.S2P/P2P Lifecycle: Expert understanding of end-to-end strategic sourcing and full Procurement-to-Pay lifecycles.
3.Market Analysis: Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and partner vetting.
4.Office Productivity: Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office for spend analysis and weekly saving data maintenance.
5.Project Management: Proven experience in managing digital implementation projects and innovation pipelines.
