PO Digital Factory

A purpose driven role for you

Conceptualising, Delivering, end to end Managing and maintaining Industry 4.0/ digital transformation Projects for manufacturing operations to achieve various operational objectives as per alignment with business users.

A Day in the life

● Responsible for digital solution implementation in HM2G, HM3H, HM5V, HM6C 

● Deliver solutions to improve significant business value ● Implementing Ind 4.0 technology by understanding business challenges & preparing a business case 

● Key stakeholder engagement & coordination with respective plants 

● Support and maintenance of the solutions & enhancement ● Business Value realisation & adoption

● Evaluate Capabilities of Ind 4.0 technologies& finalize the solution in line with business challenges & requirements ● Regular interaction with plant operation team & other stakeholders to understand business requirement & challenges to use cases

● Support and maintenance of the solutions & enhancement ● Support to internal users for implemented solution ● Support to implementation partner for smooth execution of project 

● Root cause analysis of problems and implement appropriate solution 

● Act as single point of contact 

● Coordination and engagement with plant CFT

 On-demand training and support for daily operational activities

Academic Qualification & Experience

 B. Tech ( Mech, Electrical, Electronics, CS )

● Experience with Process engineering, New emerging technologies, Digital solutions & knowledge of IT Landscape is preferable ( basics of product development stages). Hands on experience with Any Ind 4.0 tools in the market ( SCADA, MES, IIOT) is preferred

Technical Skills/Knowledge

 Project Management, IIOT , Business Analytics, Problem solving with and without the use of AI, Strong Documentation
