Role

As a TM -Line Incharge, you will be part of Project Engineering team.Your role will be to

• Coordinate between R&D & various departments in plant for launching of new models into mass production by ensuring infrastructure availability & timely completion of all the trial events for commuter motorcycles.
• To support development of new model sheet metal parts, welding infra for in-house/external vendor/Global subsidiaries.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1.Understanding change details & making supply condition & tool responsibility based on in plant infra. 
-    Creating & releasing Sub-Assembly Drawing & BOSF based on supply condition.
-    Investment estimation/Capital good planning for In-plant infrastructure.
2. Execution of pre productions events as per PDx Process at all plants.
3. Mass production of new models at plant by carrying out new model events and closing observations of trials. Prepare proposal for Vendor selection for development of welding infra, Robots and related infra to model.
4.  Process & design approval to start physical development.
5.  Develop welding infra for fabrication items.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Graduation in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering
•  4-5 Years in new product development / Project management.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Product, process & systems knowledge.  Knowledge of Fabrication Parts, process.
• Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hands on experience on PLM, CATIA, AutoCAD
• Drawing study.

Behavioural Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills
