Role

As a TM-Line Incharge - NPD you will be a part of Project Engineering team You will be a single window of communication between R&D/NMC & various departments in plant for launching of new models into mass production in all the respective plants by co-ordinating with various departments for infrastructure availability & timely completion of all the trial events for commuter motorcycles.

A purpose driven role for you

You will manage the communication between R&D/NMC & various departments in plant for launching of new models into mass production in all the respective plants by co-ordinating with various departments for infrastructure availability & timely completion of all the trial events for commuter motorcycles.

A Day in the life

1.Understanding change details & making supply condition & tool responsibility based on in plant infra.
Creating & releasing Sub-Assembly Drawing & BOSF based on supply condition.
2.New model change details study & feedback. Investment estimation/Capital Good planning for In-plant infrastructure. Support for planning & ensuring exclusive infrastructure availability
3.Execution of Pre productions events as per PDx Process at all plants.
4.Mass production of new models at plant by carrying out new model events and closing observations of trials.
5.PTS Discussion with CFT & Closure of PTS .

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Graduation in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering
• 1-2 years in New production development / Project management

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Product, process & systems knowledge.
• Microsoft office.
• Drawing study.
