As a Social Media Manager, you'll report to Lead-Social Media & influencer marketing and will be a part of EMBU.

A purpose driven role for you

Hero MotoCorp – Emerging Mobility Business Unit (EMBU) is seeking an experienced ORM and social media marketing manager to be a part of our growing team to strengthen the company reputation and build brand imagery, based in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will come with a deep consumer focus and have an understanding of the ORM tools, engaging and responding to comments and help create a credible brand image. Strong experience in developing and executing social and digital campaigns with prior experience in managing crisis communications. The role is hands-on, and will require working with multiple stakeholders and agencies.

A Day in the life

ORM
Knowledge of monitoring and listening tools and publishing and scheduling of content on social platforms
Real time tracking and escalate customer queries and concerns
Use and know how social media marketing tools such as Sprinkler, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Konnect insights and others
Responding to and addressing the community’s queries and complaints efficiently, professionally and timeously across all brand channels, Google platforms and others
Regularly identifying trending, track competitors and tactical opportunities of the EV 2 wheeler category and mobility industry
Working closely with service and call centre teams to ensure smooth closure of the tickets and regular reporting of the dashboard
Strong analytics and interpretation skills to present the data in a simple yet effective manner on insights related to brand , competition and industry
Social
Conceptualise, create and execute campaigns with digital first approach across differentiated form of content for all leading social media platforms
Lead on-ground events and support live content including Instagram post, stories tweet at events
Measure the success of every social media campaign and define the metrics and track MoM growth
Regularly identifying trending, track competitors and tactical opportunities of the EV 2 wheeler category and mobility industry
Ensuring that our brand channel is culturally relevant on social platforms and tap on topicals
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Academic Qualification & Experience

Marcomm – specialisation in digital and social media marketing | Comms and Advertising
6+

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Prior experience of working on SMM tools and analyse , report and present insights
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Quora, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
