Role

Manager- Digi Fin will be responsible for leading management of Hero Motocorp's Retail Finance Platform (DigiFin), a digital platform that enables dealers (assisted journey for customers) and customers to apply for loans during the 2-wheeler purchase journey.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibility will include, but not limited to:
1. Drive business growth through the platform by increasing platform adoption & utilization. Develop and deliver on monetization of the platform.
2. Manage the platform's budget and resources
3. Track and report on the platform's performance
4. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the platform
5. Platform Campaign Management
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in retail finance and technology

A Day in the life

As the Manager- DigiFin, you will be responsible responsible for leading management of Hero Motocorp's Retail Finance Platform (DigiFin), a digital platform that enables dealers (assisted journey for customers) and customers to apply for loans during the 2-wheeler purchase journey.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, tech, finance, or a related field
5 years associated with Fintech product, as an analyst, product or engineering resource
3+ years of experience in product management
3+ years of experience in technology

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Fair understanding of Product Development Lifecycle
- Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle
- Agile Practitioner
- Strong understanding of the 2-wheeler industry
-Exposure to Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Qlik Sense, PowerBI) is a bonus

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
