Role

As a Lead Lead Engineering change implementation Your role will be to manage the below aspects of the Engineering change imlementation:
1.Model Lifecycle & Data Management
2.PLM post-dispatch evaluation.
3.Engineering Change & Compliance
4.End-to-End MPECN Lifecycle Management

A purpose driven role for you

1. Model Lifecycle & Data Management
• Manage the full lifecycle of MP models,
• Oversee Model Stage Changes in PLM post-dispatch evaluation.
2. PLM Workflow & Systems Integration
• Manage PLM workflows for MPECN (Engineering Change Notices).
• Drive the digitization and simplification of PLM processes to reduce TAKT time and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end process integration by linking SAP, and PLM software.
3. Engineering Change & Compliance
• Detailed analysis and review of engineering drawings affected by MPECNs, studying impacted parts, plants and change overs
• Tracking of implementation for engineering changes across the categories
• Support internal/external stakeholders for engineering change processes.
4. End-to-End MPECN Lifecycle Management:
• Coordinating with Plant Engineering members for MPECN (Manufacturing Process Engineering Change Notice) implementation on shop-floor.
• Seamless coordination with CFT members, including Sourcing & Development, Quality, Project/Production Engineering.
• Executive Governance & Reporting: Spearheading high-level weekly reviews by developing comprehensive performance decks & monthly strategic reviews with the Leadership Team & report progress.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electrical , experience 8~10 years

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Experience in auto / auto component industry …. From any function Engineering/ R&D / Sourcing
