Role

1. Requirement Gathering; BBP and Functional specification document
   finalization; SD configuration; Co-ordination and Delivery of IT
   solutions (such as ABAP, FIORI etc.) to Business for smoother
   operations,
2. Configuration of new business scenarios in SAP, emerging due to
   business requirements or Government regulations for IBU, GBU,
   EMBU, HDBU Business function for smoother business operations.
   Comprehensive analysis of the business requirements and its
   impacts on other SAP platforms such as HeroMotoCorp.Biz, Hero
   Connect, GB Connect, ASRS, BW or external system.
3. Operational support to IBU, GBU, EMBU, HDBU, GPC and plant exports
   operation for smoother business operations for their day-to-day
   operations.
4. Configuration & Support for SAP SD module and SD integration w.r.t.
   other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, QM etc. for smoother
   business operations. Working knowledge of Integration methods e.g.
   SOAP & REST APIs, JSON, RFCs, SAP FMs, XML etc.. Experience of S4
   will be required.
   To provide resolution against tickets raised on Service Desk i.e. Co-
   Desk and ITSM tools.
5. Providing user training and user manuals to business users for new
   and standard operations and procedures;
   Provide training to internal team and external users;
   Up-keeping Functional/technical documents

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech with 8+ Years of experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

SAP SD certified professional, atleast two SAP
SD implementation experience. SAP S4 HANA
Experience is must.
