The role is of immense strategic significance within an organization, encompassing both long-term and mid-to-short-term planning that shapes the trajectory of various business units. It holds the responsibility of setting up an overarching strategy and roadmap, paving the way for the achievement of long-term business objectives. This role influences all elements of the 4P's of the marketing mix, from crafting the product cycle plan and devising competitive pricing strategies, to orchestrating impactful promotions through innovative below-the-line (BTL) initiatives, and managing sales and distribution (S&D) channels. It's an excellent opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the 4P mix and deploy these strategies effectively, propelling the organization forward. This pivotal position allows individuals to master the intricate workings of the marketing mix and drive the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
To strategize and achieve ABP of volume and market share for the segment
To achieve targets of key products in key states
New products & key events
A) Strategize and executive GTM plan for new product, new SKU
B) Plan and achieve targeted numbers for Key
Strategize & execute state wise competitive pricing
Collaborate with Key stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales Operations & Sales Strategy to drive
Collaborate with GPP for timely launch of new products, mid life refresh, plan for additional SKU, features, accessories
