Short Description

Identify and initiate projects/activities to help impact culture of innovation within the organization. Work closely with functions and identify people to work on these projects. Manage ongoing projects running under innovation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

HeroHatch:
Program manage HeroHatch – Hero’s incubation centre and facilitation of teams to perform 
Other ongoing innovation initiatives:
Ensure continuation of ongoing initiatives along with improvements required as witnessed
New projects/ initiatives:
Identify new projects and initiatives to be taken up for improving innovation score and culture of innovation
