A purpose driven role for you

HMCL's Supplier System Auditors conduct proactive risk-based comprehensive audits of products, processes, and systems which identify and mitigate risks, non-conformances, IPPT violations, and driving closures for 100% compliance and adherence to HMCL supplier quality manual of suppliers Planning, executing, and reporting audits
Identifying and resolving non-conformances
Working proactively with suppliers to close gaps
Driving supplier improvement
Digitalization at supplier end

A Day in the life

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Auditor to lead comprehensive, remote, and unannounced "mystery" audits of supplier Quality Management Systems using our rigorous 132-point checklist. In this critical role, you will collaborate internally with the Supply Chain team on risk-based audit planning and the swift closure of IPPT findings, with S&D to ensure comprehensive audit reporting and closures, and with SQA to rigorously review, challenge, and approve supplier CAPAs. To drive systemic evolution, you will also partner with DIT on digitalization efforts, championing the horizontal deployment of best practices to resolve system vulnerabilities. Externally, you will expand our quality ecosystem by coordinating with Quality Consultants for third-party audits, partnering with Mobile App Developers to advance our Quality 4.0 applications, and engaging professional training institutions to drive the continuous capability development of the internal Quality team. Ultimately, you will act as both a strict assessor and a strategic collaborator, working directly with suppliers and cross-functional partners to elevate processes, systems, and overall supply chain performance.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Management certification/degree
Graduation in Engineering
Minimum 6 Years’ experience in a similar role
