A purpose driven role for you

Managing the activities of vehicle aggregate and components of Sub Systems of a 3 Wheeler and a 2 Wheeler. Lead engineer will be responsible for ensuring the Design Quality in desired Cost and committed Time.
Direct focus on: vehicle aggregate Design/Supply chain/Testing/Simulation etc.
 

A Day in the life

1. Working in the spirit of Start-Up environment, taking ownership for successful
delivery of time-bound projects.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of chassis system designs (suspension, brakes,
steering, wheels, wheel bearings, etc.
3. Not following the conventional design and development practices and finding
innovative solutions.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.tech /Master’s Degree

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Strong analytical skills
 Hands on proficiency on CATIA
 Should have experience in Chassis
systems design (Suspension, brakes,
wheels & tyres, wheel-ends etc.)
 Should be able work in CAD for layout
& packaging, DMU verification etc.
 Basic knowledge of Vehicle Dynamics
 Achieving the Cost/ Weight Targets
 Working knowledge of DFM, DFA &
DFS
 Should be able to understand and
coordinate with CAE and performance
simulation teams to ensure timely
closure of gateway deliverables
 Should be well versed with new product
lifecycle and should possess know how
on how to handle running changes
