Resolution of Critical field issues pertaining to New Technology of Mechanical Proprietary parts

A Day in the life

Upcoming New Technology
On The Spot Trouble Shooting without adequate infrastructure at field.
Makers Proprietary parts technical knowhow /DFMEA
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for Issue analysis & closure, Maker engagement & ECN approvals, ECN implementation, Problem establishment & Provide issue closure, Base model issue, Leadership Reviews, Policy Deployment, Best Practices Deployment.
Collaborate with external stakeholders for Problem analysis & action, Customer Feedback capturing, Field Issue Countermeasure Information sharing. Online Survey Design, Questionnaire alignment.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech with 10 yrs of experience
