Role

An ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales & expansion strategy. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven.

A purpose driven role for you

The goal is to drive agile sustainable financial growth through different channels and forge a strong relationship with existing and future clients/Partners. Liaisoning with various government and private bodies for potential strategic partnerships to increase the market penetration 7 visibility of Freedo.

A Day in the life

To develop business development strategy and sales for the financial gain
To develop a strong relationship with the clients/partners in the domain for
Market research of competitors and strategies our market penetration
Vendor/Partners Management
Research, Plan and implement new target market initiatives
On-board and sign required agreements for vendor on boarding
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Develop long term relations with new and existing clients
Preparing status reports on goals. Develop business reports on new revenue streams, improved products and new businesses.
Lead the team and mentor entry-level sales staff into worthy sales managers.
Collaboration with internal teams- marketing, business finance, customer service, operations etc to manage the inventory and sales cycle.
To liaison with various government and private stakeholders for strategic partnerships for successful market penetration translating to measurable ROI

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with proven experience of working in Business Development & Sales.
Successful completion of the courses in marketing, business, or equivalent would be a plus.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint et) & CRM
 

Technical Skills/Knowledge

On ground market knowledge and analytical mind-set
Ability to network, negotiate and make a good rapport with clients.
Time management and planning skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-haves
Ability to adapt in a very agile and fast paced environment of working
Experience in Automobile industry/mobility is a good to have.
