Role

As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Maintenance Engine Plant department and will report to Section Head Engine Maintenance Plant .Your role will be: 
To Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Machine Shop) using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Support day-to-day production in Machine Shop in rotational shifts.
• Diagnosis problem & Troubleshooting related to Fanuc Robo Drill, Micromatic Grinders, Fine Boring’s, Induction Hardening, Rotary Milling, Honing, Fanuc Robots, Fanuc CNC System, Tongtai etc
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• Implementing & recording of CBM & predictive techniques in Machine Shop, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system fault, leading to equipment failure.
• Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
• Dec & Diwali Shutdown, Sunday & Off-day Planning & Execution of Maintenance Activities on site.
• Controlling and maintaining of Cost, Quality, Production, Safety, and Efficiency by using TPM Methodology, 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, IMS-ISO Systems.
• Maintain Machine History wrt part Replacement.
• Maintain PM Records and DWM documentation viz Why-Why Analysis, B-d Sheet/Report etc

Academic Qualification & Experience

B. Tech in Mechanical or related disciplines

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Understanding of SAP- MM Module
• Spindle Maintenance, CNC Machine Maintenance , Ball Screw Replacement, LM Guide ways Replacement & Maintenance, Gearbox Maintenance, Mechanical Peripherals Maintenance
• Efficient Pneumatic, Hyd & Lub System & Oil(s) Management
• Bearing Deterioration Diagnosis , Machine Structural Analysis

Behavioural Skills

• Good people management skills and a Team Player.
• Multitasking, Problem Solving and Decision making skills
• Managing Innovation.
