Role

Identify, evaluate and execute strategies by partnering with c-suite management and ensuring
Adequate assessment & mitigation of risk with due compliance with applicable regulatory framework.
Indispensable role for overall financial & fiscal management aspects covering business planning including operations, new models, maximisation of return on spends, fund management, accounting and other governance facets of the company.

Strategy development and deployment
1. Achieving congruence in partner strategy from the
early stages of any formal relationship by aligning
interests and appropriately sharing costs, risks and
rewards.
2. Ensuring disciplined execution of strategic choices
across the organisation
3. Devising highly curated benchmarking model to
scrutinize the competitor’s performance covering
feasibility study, SWOT analysis and evaluating
lucrative operational domains
4. Support business decision making through robust
financial analysis & in depth knowledge of financial
operations & expertise
5. Partnering with other functions to leverage various
revenue streams and exploring new avenues of
business

Maximisation of return on spends
1. Key focus on optimising 3Ms - Man, Machine &
Material by implementing activity based budgeting, foresight to insight and institutionalising best
practices
2. Developing strategic framework to guide the plant
functions like operations & procurement to optimize
spends
3. Providing worthwhile insights in further exploring
additional revenue streams, scaling down of cost,
expense curtailment and contractual negotiations.
4. Leveraging Pricing Arbitrage to maintain efficient
controls over input cost, commodity price rollover
and strategizing share of business allocated to supply
chain partners
5. Looking for additional potential through
cannibalising the commodity impact with leap ideas
6. Optimization of capital investments incurred at plant
and at vendor end, minimizing the obsolescence and
establishing framework for controlling the overall
investments
7. Conducting brainstorming sessions to enable the
team to deliberate the ideas beyond the boundaries
which shall result into substantial improvements in
financial performance

Academic Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant with an experience
of 7+ yrs.
